Group Fitness

Platoon sessions are small (6-12 people) group sessions held at various times over the week. Each session targets a different fitness component.

Your personal trainer will accommodate your needs. If you don't want to jump – you won't, don't want to go outside – not a problem. Platoon also allows you to work at your own speed without feeling like you are getting left behind but you will still get great results – guaranteed. These sessions are ideal for meeting new people and making new friends; working together and enjoying the challenge.

Monday: 5.30pm
Wednesday: 5.30pm
Friday: 5.15pm
Saturday: 8.30am


Every Wednesday

Lunchtime Pilates: 12:15-12:45pm

Regular Pilates: 1.45pm-2:30pm
