Extreme Platoon October 2015

Over the six weeks of Extreme Platoon I have had the pleasure of meeting, training and supporting my bootcamp ladies.

It all began on 6  October. Fourteen ladies turned up at the fitness suite pumped and bursting with energy. 

We kicked our first class off by running to the bus depot to do our first general fitness test so individuals could see where they were at and decide what they wanted to work on.

Some of the ladies had fitness related goals such as improving their strength or losing weight but many also had personal goals like gaining confidence in themselves, giving themselves a kick start back into working out, preparing for special events such as weddings, and also just the social aspect of being involved in a bootcamp.

By the end of the six weeks, all the ladies had smashed their goals fitness or otherwise.

The group have all grown such a good bond and really keep each other supported and motivated through our private Facebook group we have made so communication between all the ladies is excellent.

I absolutely loved taking this group and can't wait to run another.
