Platoon Sessions

Platoon sessions are small (6-12 people) group sessions held at various times over the week. Each session targets a different fitness component.

Your personal trainer will accommodate your needs. If you don't want to jump – you won't, don't want to go outside – not a problem. Platoon also allows you to work at your own speed without feeling like you are getting left behind but you will still get great results – guaranteed. These sessions are ideal for meeting new people and making new friends; working together and enjoying the challenge.

Monday: 5:30pm

Mums and Bubs

Ready to transform your fitness and have the support of other Mums around you? 

Join our Mums and Bubs Class led by our professional personal trainer Oshan every Tuesday from 10:00 am to 10:45 am starting 30 April. 

Bring your bub along for 10 weeks and get back on track with your workout routine by guided exercise and community. The class includes 24/7 Gym membership for the 10 weeks class is in session. 

If you cannot commit to 10 weeks, feel free to stop by for a casual class for $20.

Pilates

Pilates is a gentle workout that guides your body to better mobility and flexibility. It is designed to help improve posture, gently strengthen, and incorporate your whole body. Whether you are recovering from an injury or want to ease your body back into flexible movement, Pilates is great for all ages and a great way to workout in community and ease stress. 

Join us for lunchtime Pilates from 12:00 pm -12:30 pm. 

Boxing

Learn the art of boxing with coach Tony Maitland, a certified Level 2 Boxing Coach! Tony guides you through a great workout using boxing techniques that teach your body to move and respond to motion. Through his teaching, you will learn self-defense to boost your confidence, and even have the opportunity to join in the ring. With the expertise of a professional coach, you will be able to find a new form of working out that keeps you fit and having fun.

Boxing Pass $10 per week.
24/7 Membership and Boxing Pass $19.95 per week.
