Growing up in Masterton playing rugby opened the door to the gym for Fred. He understands that any result he strives for is based on his commitment to performance. With a Diploma in Applied Sports Exercise and Leadership, Fred’s passion is teaching the fundamentals of strength and conditioning. After lifting for a number of years, he trained to create personalised crash courses for people who are new to the gym. 

Fred’s approach is science-based and programmes are designed based on needs and the mechanics of the body to create optimal results for individuals seeking personal training that focuses on strength. 

Fun fact: Fred grew up on a sheep and beef farm!
