Alice has been a personal trainer for 10 years now and is passionate about health and fitness. She believes that health is a conscious lifestyle choice necessary for longevity and happiness.

Having trained out of clubs in London and Amsterdam, she brings her extensive background of personal training into workouts designed to be enjoyable and effective.

Alice ensures every client has a comfortable environment to safely exercise and is quick to modify movements to meet individual needs and limitations. Her specialty is increasing muscle mass, developing balance and shape, expanding mobility and helping with weight loss.
